Principal

Joshua Farahi

Joshua Farahi is a seasoned commercial real estate professional with over two decades of industry experience. He began his career in 2003 as a private wealth manager for high-net-worth individuals in Beverly Hills, CA. His role focused on equity analytics and establishing risk management protocols for a proprietary derivatives portfolio. Joshua frequently anchored his clients' portfolios with direct real estate investments, showcasing his early expertise in the field.

In 2012, Joshua transitioned to commercial real estate, joining Greenbridge Investment Partners in 2014. At Greenbridge, he played a pivotal role in the acquisition process and led asset and property management for the Greenbridge Portfolio. Additionally, Joshua served as a principal at Greenbridge Finance, where he was instrumental in securing over $1 billion in CRE financing. This figure includes deals where he was both a partner in the real estate and an advisor to the borrower, underscoring his expertise in strategic financing.

As the owner and sole principal of EQM Real Estate, Joshua leverages his extensive experience to create value for the company and its partners. He has a proven track record of executing value-add strategies across various commercial real estate asset classes, including office, retail, and multifamily properties.

At EQM, Joshua is integral to structuring acquisitions, coordinating property improvement plans, and implementing optimization strategies. His leadership in asset and property management ensures the successful stabilization and growth of the EQM portfolio. Joshua's deep industry knowledge and commitment to excellence make him an invaluable asset to EQM Real Estate.

Jason Soliman

Jason Soliman, a graduate of California State University, Northridge (CSUN) with a bachelor's degree in Real Estate, has been making his mark in the Los Angeles real estate market for the past two years.

Specializing in multifamily value-add projects, Jason's expertise lies in identifying undervalued, older vintage buildings and transforming them through creative and strategic renovations.

Jason’s approach is centered on quality and sustainability. He believes in revitalizing properties without cutting corners, ensuring that both tenants and his company avoid future issues. This commitment to excellence is evident in every project, from handling buyouts and overseeing renovations to managing leasing and property management personally.

What sets Jason apart is his passion for bringing life back to buildings that have suffered from deferred maintenance. He finds immense satisfaction in turning rundown properties into revitalized spaces that look and feel like brand-new developments. His hands-on approach, coupled with a deep understanding of the Los Angeles market, allows him to deliver exceptional results that benefit both investors and residents alike.

Jonathan Farahi, Esq.

Jonathon Farahi, Esq., is the principal attorney at the Law Offices of Jonathon Farahi, APC, and serves as of counsel to ACTS Law. He is a member of the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles and has been recognized as a Lawyers of Distinction member and an Elite Lawyer in litigation for 2022. Jonathon has been named one of the nation's top 40 under 40 trial lawyers, with his work featured in ESPN, CBS Sports, Sports Illustrated, Yahoo, The Daily Journal, and The Washington Post. Licensed to practice in California and Nevada, Jonathon is a graduate of USC Law School in Los Angeles, CA.

As in-house counsel for EQM Real Estate, Jonathon provides critical legal oversight, including contract review and compliance assurance, to support the company's strategic initiatives and ensure operational excellence. His extensive legal expertise and proactive approach help mitigate risks and navigate complex legal landscapes, contributing to the overall success and stability of EQM Real Estate.
